Vision Statement: 
To be a dynamic club with an engaged, diverse membership serving humanity through local and global projects.
 
Mission Statement: 
To support Rotary International by engaging and empowering a diverse community of Rotarians and others to improve humanity locally and around the world, through service, fellowship, and friendship.
 

Club Goals for 2024-2025

 
  • Reengage youth and the Elizabethtown Area School District - Work with the EASD Administration and reactivate students in order to cultivate the next generation of service.
  • Projects to fit the busy lifestyle / families - Work with existing members to develop (10) smaller service projects that can be handled by 2-5 members at a time. 
  • Meet w/ members, what matters to you - Meet with each member of the Elizabethtown Rotary Club to uncover new ideas, passions, with the goal of re-engaging our member base. 
  • New member driven service projects - Pending Board approval, all new members from FY ‘24 and then grouped by initiation year, will develop a service project and run it from start to finish. 
  • Develop (2) new community partnerships for a collaboration of service and new member recruitment.
