NET PROCEEDS- approximately $17,500   460 of 478 trees sold. 18 trees donated to Hope Within Ministries.   Our sponsors enabled us to buy the trees, so that every purchase-dollar now becomes available as part of  our community donations.     THANKS, GIANT, for allowing us to again use the parking lot and frontage space for our sale! Thanks to Chris McCarthy for coordinating the work shift sign-ups and to all the members who worked their 3 "required" shifts, or who assisted in other ways. A scheduled total of 542 shift hours went into this project.  Not counting committee work, that computes to a pretty decent per-hour paycheck... for a charity fund-raiser.	We are looking for sponsors for 2010-- here's your chance to support the biggest community fund-raiser we hold each year.  Every dollar donated or raised by the Christmas Tree sale  (approx. $17,500 in 2009!) is returned to the community!   "The Tree Elf is GONE..."
